Shipping, Returns & FAQs
Our products are ready to ship and your purchase will be shipped within 1-2 business days of payment received unless noted otherwise in the product description.
DOMESTIC TRANSIT TIME
We ship from Monday to Friday. We usually do not ship on Saturdays. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
It usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery, and we ask that you allow up to 14 business days.
Upon request, we will ship the product via express shipping at an additional cost.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes, and some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.
Any unclaimed or refused packages that are returned back to us by AusPost will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable.

When your package ships from our warehouse, you will be notified with a tracking number in our shipping confirmation email. You can track the status of your package at the link below which correspond with the shipping method listed in your email:

RETURNS INFORMATION
Please notify us within 1-2 business days of receiving your parcel if the item is Faulty so we can organize a replacement for you.
We Do Not Offer Refunds. Refunds will not be given for change of mind (change of mind includes size, color, style, etc.. ). We offer exchange upon arrival of your Return Parcel.
We offer an exchange for change of mind, but a restocking fee of 20% applies, and the return shipping and re-shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
