Marx Cartoon Figures. German. Lil Abner, Maggie & Jibbs, Dogpatch. buying 1960's.

I don't know who some of these characters are. Lil Abner, Granny and Papi are from the same comic strip. The woman with her hands on her hips is from Maggie & Jibbs. They others I don't know. First time I owned these, they came in a bag of maybe 10 or 15, unpainted, and in three colors of vinyl. They also contained Dagwood & Blondie figures and Popeye Figures, and Little Orphan Annie Figures. They came out a few years later, as individual figures, sold at Woolworths, and buying hand painted. They were some of my favorite toys, even though the comic characters were people I did not know as they were before my time.
