• The ready to ship hat comes with a black elastic. If you would rather have a white elastic,
please specify in buyer's notes.

• How to wear a mini top hat: the elastic headband should be BEHIND your head, under your
hair, not under your chin (i do not recommend wearing it that way).

• Due to the handmade nature of my items, slight variations may occur.

• All my accessories are handmade from beginning to end by me in a smoke and pet-free
