This is a one of a kind handmade cloth doll with brown skin and black wool hair which has been crocheted in spiral tendrils to resemble natural black hair. The facial features are buying hand-embroidered. The doll comes with the outfit shown--upcycled leggings and tee and wool felt mary jane shoes. The clothes are all removeable (I recommend putting shirt on over the legs since the hair is so thick). This doll is about 18 inches tall and may fit into other 18" doll clothing and shoes.
The doll's arms move up and down and the legs go back and forth, allowing the doll to sit and be posed in different ways. There is no internal armature so the doll cannot hold her arms in a pose.
Due to some of the handsewn features and the small shoes, this doll is not recommended for children under 6 as it cannot withstand rough play. This is considered an art doll.
Body is made of 100% cotton and stuffed with recycled polyester fiberfill. Spot clean.
