Average minimum ring sizes:

Lower Earlobe: 8mm
Upper Earlobe: 6-7mm
Cartilage & Tragus: 6-7mm
Rook or Helix: 8-10mm
Eyebrow: 8mm
High Nose: 9-10mm
Low Nose: 7-8mm
Lip: 8-10mm

For a looser fit add a couple of millimetres.
