Personalized Digital Painting -- Bust/Portrait -- Character Art Commission For DnD, buying Other RPGs, Avatars, etc.

Bring your character to life in the form of a custom commissioned digital character portrait; establish a visual identity for your character or commission for a friend or other party member! Growing up playing dnd, drawing my character was one of the most fun and important parts of the process for me, and I'm grateful to have the skills to be able to share that with others. Whether it's your character, a friend's, party member, etc. -- it's important to me to have that vision represented accurately and succeed in bringing your imagination to life. This item is a portrait/bust digital painting of a character, that includes line art, full color (or grayscale) values (highlights/shadows). I define "portrait/bust" generally as a drawing from the chest up, but I can also draw/paint down to the waist/thighs or focus on the head and shoulders if you prefer. I can add limited background elements as requested. Note, though, that the finished piece won't be a full edge-to-edge painting.

Note that this is a digital commission; you will NOT receive a physical item.

Here's how it works:

1 -- Place your order. The downloadable file after purchase will give you more details on the process.
2 -- Message me any details you have of your character.
3 -- I'll comp up a draft of the character and send it over for review.
4 -- Once you're happy with direction, you'll let me know and I'll get to work!
5 -- I'll send the buying final deliverables via Etsy messages or to an email address of your choosing.

As outlined in step one above, the downloadable file after purchase will give you more detailed information on the logistics of each step above. I'm pretty flexible with how we communicate, how you prefer to get the final files delivered, etc.

Here's what you get:

1 -- An 11" X 17" high resolution (600 dpi) .PNG file for printing.
2 -- An 11" X 17" web resolution (72 dpi) .PNG file for use on the web.
3 -- A 5" X 5" web resolution (72 dpi) head shot to add to DnD Beyond, etc.

I can also include a source file upon request; I work in Photoshop, and will a provide a layered .PSD if desired.

Here's the Fine Print:

If you'd like any dimensions instead of those listed above, just include any alternate dimensions you'd prefer in your character description. Other rendered file types (.JPG, .GIF) are available upon request. This is your work, and as such, it won't be duplicated or resold (unless it's so awesome that the world needs to see it, at which point I wouldn't do so without agreement by both parties). I do, however, reserve the right to display and advertise your piece on this shop and as part of my portfolio (unless there are any special considerations which would make you feel uncomfortable if I were to do so).
