Suggested Use:

For each steam, use 1/2 to 1 cup of herbs. Put herbs in a pot of a half a gallon of water, bring them to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes with the lid on. Then remove from stove and let it cool for 5-10 minutes. Pour the herb water into another pot. Steam should be as hot as you can stand it without burning yourself. Test it with your hand first. Be careful!

Place the bowl under your steaming seat. Make sure the steam is directly flowing into your vagina as much as possible. Squatting is the best position. Cover your entire bottom half with a long skirt or blanket to keep the steam in. Keep your whole body warm for the duration of the steam. Steam for 30-45 minutes. To continue healing and detoxing, go to sleep directly afterward.
