This belt is suitable for re-enactments of the Early Middle Ages, to complete the look and tighten the clothes at the waist. It can be worn by both men and women.
it was hand-woven by me, with my tablet frame: the technique of tablet weaving was widespread in Europe during the Iron Age and during the Early Middle Ages.
The design I chose is the precise copy of a fabric found in Halstatt (8th - 4th century BC)
At both ends it is finished with a braid.
Length: 245 cm // 96.5 inches + fringe
Width: 2.2 cm // 0.86 inches
