The dress is made of cotton fabric.
For picture purpose I use a tulle skirt to show how wide the skirt is. To achieve the puffy look you will need to buy a tulle skirt. so the dress is NOT included tulle skirt.
A fully lined bodice with an invisible zipper in back.
