All of my items are hand painted, hand glazed, and kiln fired to over 1800 degrees in my home studio. I do not use low fired decals, transfers or oven baked paints! All of my glazes are lead free and food safe.

All items are dishwasher and microwave safe - though I recommend hand washing to ensure the life of the piece and lowering microwave power settings to 50%.

I package each piece with the utmost care for shipping. I use massive amounts of bubble wrap, paper, peanuts, and sometimes I double box. Shipping prices include shipping materials, shipping, a tracking number, AND INSURANCE!
