Product code: Vintage U.S. Navy Pilot's Leather Flight buying Jacket 1960s Star Sportswear G1
This vintage U.S. Navy pilot's flight jacket was made by Star Sportswear between 1964-1967. This G1 jacket is from the MIL-J-7823C series. Size 44, goatskin leather with mouton fur collar and USN marking. This jacket shows lots of wear, in a good way, but does have some damage in the left arm pit area. This section has a tear right at the seam. There's also a small hole at the top of the sleeve near the front shoulder, buying another near the cuff and another behind the left pocket. There are some slight holes in the cuffs and waistband. Overall it's a great jacket and I've owned it about 30 years, but it's been in storage about half of that time. This definitely is a jacket worth repairing, restoring or patching. Everything is all original. From a smoke free home. I ship quickly. Sold as-is. This will require a signature for delivery.
