Please note that as a possible side affect from extra fenugreek, some women experience a mild “maple syrup” smell in their sweat. But with the amount of fenugreek we use, most moms have not noticed this side affect at all and fenugreek is one of the most ancient used and most effective milk-boosters. Extra Brewer's Yeast will add a slightly more bitter flavor to the cookies and smoothie mix.

BREASTFEEDING ISN'T EASY - WE'LL HELP YOU FIGURE IT OUT
- Consume about 2-3 cookies per day with our lactation tea, warm milk or just water.
Please remember to consume plenty of liquids while you breastfeed, and continue to nurse and or pump every 2-4 hours.
We'll send you a recommended meal plan that includes foods that are natural galactagogues (milk boosters).

OUR CERTIFIED ORGANIC INGREDIENTS INCLUDE: brewer's yeast, flaxseed, oats, fenugreek, fennel seed, raspberry leaf, stinging nettle, cumin seed, vanilla extract, dried apricots, cashews, barley, dandelion root, and other natural galactagogues.

You should notice an improvement in your milk supply within a day or two and remember that breastfeeding is a supply-demand mechanism, so keep nursing and pumping!

All orders are baked within 48 hours of orders placed and shipped within 24 hours of baking to ensure freshness. Please consume your ordered cookies within a week of receiving them or they may be frozen for as long as six months. Cocoa and Mocha blends should be consumed within 2 weeks or kept in freezer for up to 6 months.

WE DO NOT SHIP OUR PRODUCTS THURSDAY-SUNDAY BECAUSE USPS IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS AND WE DO NOT WANT OUR PRODUCTS SITTING IN UNCONTROLLED TEMPERATURE ENVIRONMENTS ANY EXTRA DAYS THAN NECESSARY. 90% OF PRODUCTS SHIPPED ON WEDNESDAYS REACH THEIR DESTINATION BY SATURDAY. IF YOU WOULD PREFER YOUR ORDER SHIPPED ON A PARTICULAR DAY, PLEASE SEND US A NOTE.

*** While we finalize our contracts with several bakeries, these items are being cooked in a completely sanitized home kitchen. If you have an allergy to nuts, wheat, eggs or have any other dietary restrictions, please notify us right after completing your order. We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests, but we are currently not working in a completely nut-free facility.
