This is an antique leather bound French Paroissien Romain Complet, approved by the Eveque of Nantes, and edited by Alfred Mame et Fils, Tours. It has a lovely brass closure. Pages are gilt edged. There are three black and white lithographic illustrations, one of which has suffered a little damage. It belonged to someone by the name of Franci Bouquin whose name is scripted by hand on one of the first couple of blank pages. Dated 1892. Beautiful religious keepsake. A lovely work of French Catholic history. A nice book for a collector or a fabulous devotional gift.

MEASUREMENTS
5 7/8" X 3 3/4" X 1 5/8" (15 X 9.5 X 4 cm)

CONDITION
It is in a good antique condition for its age (1892) over 220 years old; no pages missing. The leather cover is scuffed on the spine but the page edges are rimmed with brass so have been protected.
