Pretty sure it is unlocked because I used it on at least 2 different carriers many years ago. Has the Original software cd and a 64mb SD card installed but i lost the power adapter. I have a sim adapter with an old T-mobile sim installed so I could play buying the games and what looks like a new upgraded battery. Works well but the power button is just a little hard to push. Again, there is no power adapter included.
