Proofs will be provided for more intricate designs (cutting boards, door mats, event favors, etc). Listings that are more straight forward such as tumblers, mugs, candles or stones will not generate a proof unless requested by the buyer at checkout. Truly custom design requests will always generate proofs, multiple edits are available until we get it just as you envisioned it!
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Due to all items being personalized we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are at fault for an error. If there are any issues with your order you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund items on a case by case basis. Don't hesitate to contact us!
