A standard length is about 34 inches, check were this would hang on your bike...
1. you don't want it to drag on the ground
2. If you have saddle bags, the length should be short
enough NOT to hit them, even when turning your bike.
3. a suggested starting length, is from brake Lever to the
bottom of the Frame, it is a personal preference though!
4. LENGTH SHOULD BE A PROPER LENGTH AS TO NOT GET
CAUGHT ON ANY PART OF YOUR BIKE WHEN TURNING.
A BIT SHORTER MAY BE BETTER
