The joinery on this box is miters with Exotic wood miter keys which have a dual purpose in adding both a decorative element as well as making the miter joint stronger.

I selected a fun patterned fabric for this tray. This lining is upholstered so that your items comfortably sit on a cushioned surface. I've developed a custom, furniture-style upholstery technique for my boxes which results in a more luxurious feel buying than just lining the box bottom with material.

Finished to a soft warm luster.

I sign and date the underside of these boxes.
