Product: This bracelet is handmade with 925 Sterling Silver in our own workshop.
Material: 925 Sterling Silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. Fine silver (99.9% pure) is generally too soft for producing large functional objects, and in Sterling Silver, the silver is alloyed to give strength whilst preserving the malleability of the silver and a high precious metal content - ideal for making silver jewellery. Sterling silver jewellery is always stamped with a marking to indicate the percentage of silver it contains.
Design: Despite the fact that the Celtic civilisation has long since ceased to exist, remnants of it can be seen everywhere, specially in Scotland. However, few aspects of Celtic culture are buying more apparent in modern society than Celtic knots. These knots are complete loops that have no start or finish and could be said to represent eternity whether this means loyalty, faith, friendship or love. Only one thread is used in each design which symbolises how life and eternity are interconnected.
Trinity Knot: This is arguably the best known Celtic knot and is also called the Triquetra. The points on this three-fold knot are said to represent the Holy Trinity of the Father, Son & Holy Spirit.
Packaging: The product will be sent in an organza bag along with a business card.
