CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Do not expose to the sun, keep in a dry place; Do not dryclean; Before cleaning the bag, remove all the items from the bag. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.

PROCESSING and buying SHIPPING
All orders are MADE TO ORDER. Please refer to each listing to see the time it takes to process and ship an item. Please note the different items. Please note that If you buy more than one item , they may arrive in different parcels at different time.

• Production Time: 3-5 business days. Each of our items is handcrafted only for you so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient.
• Faster Shipping: 5-10 business days for USA and 15 -30 business days for international countries
• Sometimes, it may need more time because of destinations, workload, and other things beyond our control.
• Please allow 4-6 business days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our partner company.
