King Edward VII Royal Engineers buttons, Boer War Commemorative Cufflinks
These are a beautiful pair of cufflinks made with genuine British Royal Engineers buttons (King Edward VII) from the era of the Boer war, approximately 120 years old. This pair of cufflinks is made from two stunning officers' brass British Royal Engineers buttons. The cufflinks are made with a fixed back and are reassuringly heavy and great to wear. They are made using smaller buying cuff buttons from a tunic, perfect in size for cufflinks and are 18 mm in diameter.
They represent a unique part of history and the brass buttons have been carefully cleaned to retain the original character of the buttons which are approximately 120 years old, whilst highlighting the beautiful details of these rare original buttons.
This is a truly unique gift and a chance to own a small piece of Edwardian and Royal Engineers history lovingly restored and made into a beautiful pair of cufflinks. They are presented in a luxury wooden cufflink box and cardboard cover to make them the perfect present.
