Basics:
The jars are equipped with injection ports and filters to assure an aseptic environment.
• Wide mouthed Jars for easy extraction.
• Every Jar is filled to the optimal amount.
• Self-healing injection ports for easy innoculation.
• .2 micron filters to allow fresh air exchange and to keep contaminants out.



Every batch is soaked for exactly 24 hours in water mixed with organic gypsum. Then sterilized in a industrial pressure cooker for the correct amount buying of time.

Upon ordering I will reach out to you and offer either a fresh batch or what I have on hand (no batches are older than 2 weeks) Fresh batches take about 48 hours from soak, to sterilization, to packing. On hand batches generally go out the next day.
