B & G buying Hand Painted Seagull Triangular Serving Dish

Must purchase by 1/6/22 A Bing and Grondahl (B&G) Seagull Pattern Porcelain Small Triangular Serving Dish can now be added to your collection or can begin a new collection. This Danish delicate Seagull pattern is becoming very rare and sought after in the states. The blue and white porcelain is so delicate to feel and so beautiful to your eye. As with all Seagull patterns beauty is enhanced by the raised fine porcelain work and intricate paintings to display breathtaking designs of ripples and seagulls. The Triangular Serving Dish is quite unusual and is the matching companion to other unusual Seagull pattern serving dishes.

This Seagull pattern is one of the oldest B & G pattern (1900ish) as it does not display the gold gilt on the edges as the newer pieces do. The bottom markings attest to the source. It measures 5.5" x 5.5" and bears the 52D mark.

This B&G Seagull Triangular dish is in perfect condition as if it had never been used. There are no chips, no cracks, no discoloration, no staining, no use damage as one would expect given it is over 100 years old. Plus my Mother, its previous owner, used it regularly for her ladies bridge club, her luncheons and her buying benefit events.
