This midi length chiffon dress is so sweet.. The skirt is full and hits at mid shin level. You can easily add a tutu or petticoat for a very full look as seen in pic 2. The straps lace up and tie in a bow. You also have the option to tie around your neck as a halter. The bottom fully lined with a soft cotton blend. (Pictured in a size 10 girls)

For custom sizing I will need the chest, waist and shoulder to hem measurements.

Chest- Completely around the bust are the widest point, with no slack but not squeezing.

Waist- Completely around the narrowest point below the bust.

Shoulder to hem- Top of the shoulder straight down to the hem.

You select the size dress according to your shoulder to buying hem measurement. Add all the measurements in the note section and you should be good to go. :)
