This is our 38 piece Truffle Valentines Day Heart Box. The box of truffles is place in a sturdy heart shaped cardboard box. Our handmade truffles in bite size! Our truffles are made a 6 phase process. Each mold is coated with 100% cocoa butter to ensure each truffle has a nice shiny finish, then hand painted with colored cocoa butter, the shell is then made, afterward we make our ganache, adding each flavor to our small batches, each mold is then piped with the ganache and then we close up each truffle with tempered chocolate. *If you live in climates over 65 degrees, your chocolate will melt without a cold pack. One Ice pack is included with your order, but if its extremely hot in your area, we strongly urge you to purchase an additional cold pack that can be found in our listings. We cannot be held responsible for melted products if you chose to not purchase additional cold packs.
*With warm weather we will ship Monday - Wednesday unless you put in a special request for Thursday/Friday shipping (please message us or leave request in comment section). Our goal is to make sure that no chocolate is sitting in a hot warehouse waiting for delivery.
