A really pretty vintage set of 6 French Arcopal side /dessert / cheese plates with a lovely floral and fruit design around the edge.

The plates measure 7 3/4 inches (19.5 cm) in diameter. Weight for all 6 plates is 1.521 kg. The center of the plates is white with the lovely fruity floral design in subtle realistic colors.

Each plate is self embossed with the maker's name, 'Arcopal', France.

The plates are in a really good, clean, undamaged vintage condition with very little signs of previous use.

Arcopal dinnerware is white opal, break-proof, tempered glassware that includes a fire-glazed finish. The material is 100 percent nonporous and fully tempered to resist thermal pressure. Born in 1958, Arcopal stopped production in 2000. Arcopal dinnerware is now considered a rare collectors item.
