For sale I have a vintage Chemex pour over coffee maker with Pyrex Glass, a wood collar, and rawhide cord. From the patent number of 2411,340 we know this was patented by Peter Schlumbohm buying in 1946, a very modern design in a time of percolator coffee makers. This model is a small 8 inches tall by 4 1/4 inches in diameter at the base and seems to make 1-2 cups. The coffee maker is in good condition without chips or residue inside. There are a few small cracks on the top surface of the wood collar from age. Please see photos. Marked in green Chemex and Pyrex Brand Glass with patent number.
*Flat rate shipping fee listed is for continental US only and does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international. Please e-mail for cost.
