This is handmade from plastic tablecloths. Each streamer is individually cut and tied to jute twine.

This can be used indoors and outdoors. It's very lightweight and reusable.

I recommend you hang from removable command hooks. You can secure with heavy duty tape or thumb tacks.

Make sure you take out of bag as soon as you receive it. Best way I found to store it, is to drape over a hanger and hang it up. Follow me at Back Fringe Designs on IG on more details.
