* This sign measures approximately 20 x 24 inches and is designed using 3/4 inch new wood pieces, those pieces are then attached to three pieces of wood on the backside to create a nice quality slat sign. The wooden cutout with personalized information is 1/4 inch wood.

* After our design is created, we use our LED UV flatbed to create it on the pallet style slatboard.
* Hanger is attached on backside for easy hanging.

* Our Slat designed signs are all cut and assembled in our shop. Each creation is designed using 3/4 inch wood pieces, those pieces are then attached to three pieces of wood on the backside to create a nice quality slat sign. Upon assembling, each piece is hand sanded prior to any prep work that may be needed prior to using our LED UV flatbed. After we have applied our design, the creation goes back into our wood shop for any final sanding or staining before attaching the hanger on backside.
