We took the time to restore 2 sides of this 1950's Pepsi Crate. Based on the advertised cost (5 cents a bottle) we know this is ca. 1954. (My dad worked in an ice cream parlor in 1954 and was able to remember that they advertised it as 22oz for a nickel!) The reason we partially restored was because this was getting worn enough that soon it would have been illegible. If you want the other two sides completed, we will charge an additional $25, or buying you can purchase as is and display whichever side you like best. Because of the wear inside (splinters, deep surface dirt) this is probably not good for blanket storage unless you put a cotton liner inside.
We photographed from all angles. Please see photos, because all vintage items have wear and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Shipping will calculate at purchase and will be the actual shipping for weight and size of the item.
Excellent for above cupboard storage (we hide our canning jars in one of these!) or.. an amazing gift!!
