If you can figure out why it won't charge, it'll work just fine! buying The gimble and everything works normally before the battery died. Comes with the creator combo MINUS the fuzzy mic windscreen and joystick. I believe it's an issue with updating the software but I don't know how. The product is still for sale if the listing is still accessible.
