This item is hand painted. No vinyl is used. It is possible for painted items to have a slight distressed look.

CANCELLATIONS: I only accept cancellations within 12 hours of the order. No exceptions will be made.

**Priority orders with insurance**
Unfortunately this can happen and it is extremely frustrating. All orders shipped with Priority are eligible for $50 worth of insurance. If your sign is damaged you can file a claim with your tracking number. Please hold on to the sign and all shipping material. The post office might need to inspect it. If the sign is still usable and just chipped or scuffed I will send a small container of touch up paint at no additional charge.
ADDITIONAL INFO: My signs are made from real wood, which means you may see wood knots, crevices, and other imperfections. This is what adds character to every piece and makes every sign unique! My products are coated with premium quality stain and/or paint. When possible, we also apply a protective sealer (certain materials do not allow a sealer to be applied). Since many of my items are prone to UV exposure, I am unable to allow returns or provide refunds due to fading or discoloration over any period of time. If you need some touch-up paint, please let me know. I am happy to help.
