Turn Around/Rush Orders:
All orders will ship in 7-10 business days from the day order is placed. Need it sooner? We can do that! Contact us prior to ordering so we can discuss what is available based on the product and ship state. Please provide a phone number when contacting us regarding rush orders. Additional shipping costs may apply for rush orders. Shipping costs can be refunded if package does not arrive by date needed due to shipping provider error.

Fonts:
Monograms are requested in First, LAST, Middle initial order. Refer to the additional pictures shown for the garment to make your monogram font selection. If no font is provided we will assume you want the font shown in the picture.

Lack of Detail Provided:
Most all items on our store are customized just for you. We depend on you to provide that information to us so we can produce your order in a timely manner. From time to time information is forgotten and we reach out to our customers. However, if we do not hear back from you within a month of placing the order we will cancel the order and refund you your money.

Refunds:
All items are custom made so refunds and exchanges are not available. For this reason please double and buying triple check the information you provide for each order. If an error is made on our part we will replace the item as soon as possible.
