Purchasing this listing/license is agreeing to buying all of these terms.

This extended license allows for the sale of all types of transfers (sublimation, screen print, HTV), prints, decals and stickers.

Purchasing this listing ONCE allows a small business (run by one person), to use any current or future Pickles + Pen designs, for transfers, prints, decals and stickers for an unlimited amount of times. A larger business or company must contact me to purchase a different license.

In the Notes to Seller, when purchasing this license, please include the name of the small shop or business, or person who is purchasing this license for use.

TERMS:
-This extended license allows for an unlimited amount of uses of any Pickles + Pen designs for sale as transfers, prints, decals and stickers, for SMALL shops and businesses. (We define this as a business run by ONE person) Larger companies must contact Pickles + Pen for additional licensing.
-The designs to be used with this license are not included and must be purchased separately.
-This license does cover any “Freebie Files” you may have acquired from the Pickles + Pen Facebook group.
-If using my designs to sell as transfers, decals, stickers or prints, you MUST use a watermark, whether yours or mine, on the images you use for selling and marketing. This is to protect Pickles + Pen designs from being stolen and used without purchase. Included with this listing download is a Pickles + Pen watermark you can use, or you may use your own. Please protect the hard work and investment you have made and put into your products, as well as Pickles + Pen designs.
-This license does NOT allow or give rights to resell or share Pickles + Pen designs in any way.
-You may NOT claim Pickles + Pen designs as your own.
-This license does NOT allow for use on Print on Demand website or mass distribution.
-You may NOT alter or change my designs to resell or claim as your own.
-You may NOT use Pickles + Pen designs for any element of logo or other graphic design.
