A beautiful hand made Indian block print tablecloth, made in Rajasthan, India using hand buying carved wooden blocks, specially designed by Indian Poppy for the festive season. The video shows the precision and detail in printing each layer. This piece has been designed with an Indian interpretation on the festive theme, using the traditional cardinal bird (an Indian cardinal isn't so festively coloured) sitting in a pomegranate tree, where they like to eat all of the pomegranates!

This work is part of a heritage tradition which has been passed down through generations and is carried on in a small region outside of the state capital, Jaipur. A specialist carves blocks by hand, or uses heritage blocks which have been inherited by the artisan from their forebears. Bright colours and a unique design make this a special investment to be brought out for the Christmas tale and festive dinner parties for years to come.

A perfect backdrop for a gorgeous tablescape to keep you feeling jolly throughout the winter season, or would make a very well received gift for a loved one. Would really suit silver table decor and candles for a glamorous dinner party set up.

Sizes are as follows, do measure your dining table, at least 20cm excess on any size is ideal

160 x 250cm for a six seater dining table

160 x 270 for a larger 6 seater or small 8 seater dining table
Large size
180 x 320 for an 8 or smaller 10 seater dining table
extra large size
225 x 270, for really big dining tables!

Please note that due to the dyes used the tablecloth should be washed separately the first couple of times and then with the same colours as well as dried out of direct sunlight.
