This piece is comprised of nearly 20 individual pieces of glass— each piece was hand cut, ground to fit, taped, soldered, cleaned, and finished with a protective wax polish by yours truly. Little faces have been hand-painted on using Testor's oil-based enamel.
This design is my own. This suncatcher is made using an array of halloween-theme colored glasses, including a bright transparent orange for the mushroom top, a deep blue-violet for the gills, a wrinkly opalescent white for the stem, and a bright green water glass for the leaves.
This beauty measures 5” inches wide by 6 1/2” buying inches tall, not including the black ribbon used for hanging.
