This is an original A4 sized watercolour painting of proteas, leucadendron, billy buttons, leaves and gum nuts in a vase, painted in a stylised manner. The background is white, and the hessian style vase is sitting on a blue tablecloth.
This painting is based on a pic from a lovely florist who specialises in native flowers, and I have her permission to use her pics as inspiration! Proteas and leucadendrons are two of my favourite flowers, and I love the addition of the billy buttons. To me, this bunch of flowers is happy and welcoming, and one I'd love to have in my home!
This would make a lovely gift for yourself or someone else!
This original painting is A4 size and unframed. The watercolour has been sealed, but it would be buying best to frame this with a matte, so that the painting does not touch the glass.
The painting will be signed on the front.
