The A4 ‘Indian Ink' Commission style is wonderfully subtle, layers of ink wash build up tone for a minimal and charming effect. Perfect as a gift for friends and family or a memento for your wall. Every Commission is hand-painted and you will always receive the original artwork.

All you need to start your Commission are a selection of high-quality images of your Pet. The best reference photos are ones which are taken from your Pet's eye level, in good natural light (either outside or with your Pet facing a window) and show the entire figure from head to tail.

Please feel free to send your images before you place an order if you're uncertain! I will happily give you feedback and let you know which image I would base the portrait off so were both ‘on the same page'.
Once your Portrait is almost finished, I will contact you with progress pictures to check if you'd like any tweaks making before the Original is sent off.

All my Commissions are packaged in a biodegradable alternative to cellophane and posted using Royal Mail ‘Signed For' Delivery in hard-backed mailers with extra 2000 micron board for complete protection.

Commissions usually take between 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on your location and how busy I am, but I always check when you need the portrait to arrive by and accommodate shorter deadlines where possible.
