This bolt of homespun European linen dates from circa 1890. ~~ This wonderful fabric is hand loomed and has a wonderful blue center stripe! ~ The tone of this bolt is a STUNNING, two natural tones!!! The outside is a pale cool, almost gray tone and the interior side is a warmer, darker hemp color. This fabric is a buying heavy weight linen, wonderfully nubby and slubby!!~ The weave is quite open, lovely heavy weight !!~ Ideal for window treatments, table runners, pillows etc! Machine washable over and over and over ~*~ ~ Wonderfully high quality. I love knowing these linens were grown without the use of pesticides, just lovely natural fabric. ~*~ *~ ( EL117 )

MEASUREMENTS : I am selling this length by the yard so each quantity will measure about 22 inches wide by 1 yard long. If you would like to receive a longer, continuous length simply increase the quantity and you will receive one long, uncut piece. For example, if you need 3 yards for your project, simply change the quantity to 3 and you will receive a length of fabric measuring 22 inches wide by 3 yards long. PLEASE NOTE : BECAUSE THESE BOLTS ARE ANTIQUE AND ONE OF A KIND UNIQUE, WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY PURCHASES OF LESS THAN 3 YARDS LONG.

CONDITION : This gorgeous textile is in as found, unwashed condition. There are some small pale marks which may or may not wash fully. There are marks along the center of this bolt, especially on the darker side, likely from the crease when this length was stored folded in half. There are a few places where the blue thread wanders from the stripe to the body of the bolt, seemingly by mistake! Generally lovely condition!
