Handmade Primitive Bumble Bee Doll- from my line of original dolls I call Lynda's Little Dolls. My Little Dolls are designed by me and created by me. Each doll is listed and sold as is- there will never be two the same. The pattern and design seem to change every time I make one. I usually name all my dolls and this is Buzz- embroidered on his foot. All dolls are signed, dated and hand made by me. My dolls are little and precious - many hours spent on each one. Sewing is my favorite hobby along with golf lol. This is how I relax after doing flowers and signs all day and I love every minute I spend on them!
Little Buzz is made from cotton blends and prints (black and yellow in color)- hand embroidered face- body made from distressed black cotton - romper and collar constructed from cotton prints- wings made from cotton print (top stitched by hand with black and cheesecloth- little antennas made from black cotton wrapped pipe cleaner- little black baby button eyes- rusty safety pin with black and gold beads- and of course the little tin beehive around his neck with a little resin bee. All seams of the body and frayed collar are top stiched by hand.
Measures 12” tall from the top of his antenna. Size may vary within 3/4” to 1”. He can hang or can just sit wherever you choose. Would be cute in a wreath, on a buying shelf or tucked in cupboard. Great doll for your country or farmhouse décor. Super sweet little bumble bee! Price is for bee only! Buzz turned out so adorable!
