CONDITION DESCRIPTION: Overall pre-owned item is in very good condition. Hardcover is very good with minimal signs of wear; light rubbing to edges from shelf wear. Dust jacket is included and has creasing to edges and sun fading. Page edges of text block are excellent with no gouges or creasing; very subtle foxing to top edge. Internal pages are very good with subtle tanning near page edges; some color transfer rubbing from full color photographs, and on page 45 there is a black ink spot but I can't tell if it was from the printing process or done by the original owner. Please note this item is signed and inscribed in pen by Livia Iaccarino the wife of the chef on behalf of the family. Binding is tight.
