Turbo duo only no cables. It's region free on the CD unit. It plays American and Japanese titles. The Hu card unit is Japanese only. It's recapped it works sound is great but the picture is distorted. The motherboard isn't cracked none of the chips are cracked buying there's no scoring or bad looking areas anywhere I just don't have a diagnostic machine to check what the problem is to finish the job.
