Product code: North American Hardwood Serving Cutting Presentation Apetizer buying Cheese Tray Platter

This unique serving board is made from multiple pieces of North American Hardwoods, including pecan, walnut, hickory, ash, and cherry. All these types of woods come together to make for a beautiful finished look with different shades and grains, and sit upon American black walnut runners. Attached are different angles and light to show the unique colors as well as the hand finished shine, using bees wax and 100% food grade mineral oil. Tray measures 11.75" x 9.5" x 1".

This platter is perfect for entertaining, to present appetizers or to use as a cheese board. In these pictures, I share the beauty of Gila apples, grown locally here in the high desert, in the setting sun. The colors are so rich and the mix of these woods are truly eye catching.

Board measures 11 3/4 by 9 3/8", by 3/8" thick, sits approximately 1 3/8" from the surface.

I do not use any pre-made items in my work. My joy comes from taking the ordinary and making something useful, beautiful, and interesting. I look at a piece of lumber, oftentimes found wood from the Sandia Mountains, the bosque along the river, and areas along my travels throughout New Mexico, and I imagine the potential trapped inside. I use tools, some dating back to the 1800's, and each item is sanded by hand.

If there is a particular size board you are needing, I would be happy to accept your custom order.

Cutting boards are made of hardwood, finished smooth, oiled, and finished off by hand with food safe wax/creme. Simply wipe clean with soap and water, do not submerge in water. It is suggested that boards be oiled monthly depending on use.

Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact buying me. I respond within 24 hours.
