Hand-turned Maple straight wooden rolling pin from sustainably sourced Michigan Hard Maple. Color and grain pattern will vary due to no two trees being the same. All Maple rolling pins will be blonde in tone and some may have streaks of darker brown coloring.
With no taper on either end, this rolling pin makes it easy to keep even buying pressure throughout it's entire length.
Sealed with 100% natural Tung Oil, FDA approved for food contact. Tung Oil will be dry to the touch upon arrival and though it will take 30 days to fully cure, it may be used immediately. Oil should not need to be reapplied more than once per year, if that, although it depends on use and washing frequency.
Cleaning + Care: Hand-wash only with cool water and mild soap, wipe with dry cloth to remove excess water immediately after washing. Recondition with mineral oil as needed. Do not submerge in water.
