This is very old antique metal grain sifter from Boston Sexton Can Company. This awesome primitive piece is quite large, with a metal side handle and is embossed with Boston Sifter Sexton Can Co. on both sides. Its made of galvanized metal with lots of aged patina throughout. It has an attached wide mesh sifter screen on the bottom. This was a must buying have piece often used on the farm back in the day! It's a wonderful piece to add to your farmhouse decor

MEASUREMENTS
Width: 15" across sifter / 20" including handle
Height: 4.25"
Condition: In overall good condition considering its age. Aged patina and some rust throughout. Handle has rust as well. Has one very small hole in the mesh, and is a bit dented on the rim, making it not perfectly round anymore. Otherwise its solid and strong and filled with tons of rustic character!
