Vintage Blue Art Deco buying Bead Necklace with Black Bead Chain

Simple, elegant, and interesting is what comes to my mind when I look at this necklace. It is interesting because of its two blue Art Deco beads that were made in the 1920's in Germany. They most likely are antique beads: anything that is 100 years old or older is considered “Antique.” The beads are made out of glass and are encased in gold-filled frames. Because of their look, I wanted to create an elegant necklace. For that, I chose the small fire-polished Czech black beads and a simple gold-filled lobster- claw clasp. The necklace is about 17 ½” long. The Hexagon beads are 22 mm (or 7/8”) long x 10 mm. at their widest. The faceted, shiny black beads are 4 mm. The lobster-claw fastener is ¾” long.
