Product code: Antique Barbour Silver Co Quadruple Silverplate buying Wolf

buying Antique Barbour Silver Co Wolf Figurine.
Bottom of the piece is marked "BARBOUR SILVER CO, QUADRUPLE SILVERPLATE, 9"

Originally this was a napkin ring holder but it looks like somewhere in it's history someone sawed off the ring portion that would have held a napkin, so now it's just a wolf figurine. (priced accordingly)
The piece has been left as found with beautiful patina and age. In addition to the missing ring the base has a slight wave to one of the corners. The wolf has gorgeous and intricate details, and expressive face and stands on a scroll edged vase with lots of Victorian style. Please be sure to see photos to assess condition.

The Barbour Silver Company was established around 1892 with the merger of the Barbour Bros. Co., I .J. Steane and Company and Barbour Hobson Co., the Barbour Silver Co. The trademark was existed through a few factory relocations until 1931

Dimensions: Approximately 3 5/8" long by 2 3/4" wide by about 3" high
