Pretty Royal Doulton figurine named "Carol". Royal Doulton is one of the oldest porcelain manufacturers still in production and well- known for their quality and design. Carol was designed by Pauline Parsons for Royal Doulton. (catalogue number 2961). She has the Royal Doulton Lion and Crown Mark backstamp.
This is a lovely Bone China Figurine made only from 1982 to 1995. She holds a needlepoint art work in her hand and has a swirling ruffled dress with light shades of pink. The attention to detail of the hand painted face and decoration adds to the character of the figure. The figurine is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or restoration. Carol was part of the Vanity Fair Ladies Collection. A fine example of the lovely figurines from Royal Doulton, it is a collector's piece.
