Small Vintage buying German Half Doll for Pin Cushions or Display Blonde Girl Wearing Mask

Lovely, little masked lady for doll making or just display her as is.
She is smaller than the ones I usually see-just 2" tall.
She is in very good condition buying and is marked with some numbers on the back and what looks like a 5 on the inside.
