Saberz Project M Darth Maul Hilt Chassis (Set of Two) - Supports In-Hilt Charging - 24mm buying or 28mm Speaker Versions Available

Two-piece 3D printed chassis set. Ships in the following material options and ready for you to start your install. All models will be available in limited quantities:

- SLS/24mm speakers - Supports 24mm speakers* Printed in SLS (Selective Laser Sintering).
- SLS/28mm speakers - Supports 28mm speakers* Printed in SLS (Selective Laser Sintering).
**** The 28mm speaker version of this chassis requires modifications to your speakers (and should only be performed by qualified installers following this instructional video):

- We have one last set of the 28mm version of the FDM-printed chassis sets available, thereafter only SLS-printed will be available.

* All chassis sets were designed specifically for Smuggler's Outpost Elite speakers. Note: The Dark Side version of those speakers will not likely fit as they have a deeper base.

- Orders for the 28mm and 24mm SLS versions will ship immediately (usually next day).

This chassis set is completely and firmly anchored in place within your Saberz Project M Darth Maul hilt by a hex-driven "retention rivet screw" (which replace the standard rivets at the center of the hilt).

INCLUDED PARTS - What's included with each chassis set:
oTwo 3D printed black custom chassis.
oA highly detailed 28-page PDF with in-depth instructions to install all the needed components into the chassis set for your Saberz Project M Darth Maul hilt (electronics are NOT included).

The following parts are included with the Project M hilt (by Saberz.com):
oTwo fully painted and weathered kill keys in high-impact Delrin (for emitter-side silver rivets).
oTwo aluminum fully-painted RCP hex-driven rivet RCP covers (to protect the RCP port when kill keys are not in use).
oTwo custom center-side aluminum fully-painted hex retention rivet screws (used to firmly secure the chassis into the hilt).

This chassis set is designed only for the Saberz.com Project M Darth Maul hilt and requires you to purchase the following parts:
- Proffieboard v2.2 (2)
- SanDisk or Patriot (suggested) SD card (2).
- SHTOKCUSTOMWORX NPXL V3 HILT SIDE PCB CONNECTOR – LONG PINS (2)
- NPXL LED PCB Lens Covers (2)
- Keystone 18650 battery sleds (2)
- Brass tactile switches– (4) This chassis set is designed for 1.7mm (0.4mm plunger height).
- Speakers (2):
- [24mm chassis version] - Smuggler's Outpost Elite 24mm 2W 4ohm Bass Speakers.
Or:
- [28mm chassis version] - Smuggler's Outpost 28mm Elite 2W 4OHM Bass Speakers.

Charger:
- 1A 3.7V Li-ion smart charger with 2.1mm plug
- 1.3mm recharge ports (2)
- 1.3mm recharge port adapter

- Sony Li-Ion 18650 3.7V 15A 3120mAh PCB Protected Rechargeable Batteries (2)
- Wire, solder, resin, etc... as outlined within the installation guide

- These 3-D parts are manufactured using the highest quality materials and processes. Nevertheless, it is very important to dry test-fit all components in the chassis BEFORE doing your install.
- As with any 3D-printed chassis, adjustments might need to be made (such as minor sanding of areas for exact fitment of components), however that is not common with the SLS version of this chassis set.
