The dress is lovely. The bow is HUGE, but the way it lays on the back of the dress is stunning, It is almost a second layer to the skirt. The fabric is a cotton eyelet, and it is lined. Just a lovely dress. I suspect this is a dress for a young teen or pre-teen.
